Solargreen Opportunites DAC (“SODAC”)

A wholly owned subsidiary of SIHL . Acts as a special purpose vehicle for the lisitng of Secured Note Programs and for the issuance of Medium Term Notes. SODAC is registered in Ireland with Registration Number : 674895. Registered office : 31-32 Leeson Street Lower, Dublin 2, D02 KA62

Solargreen Capital DAC (“SOCAP”) & Solargreen Resources DAC (“SORES”)

Pending wholly owned subsidiaries of SIHL. Will act as special purpose vehicles for the lissuance of Series 2 and Series 3 Secured Notes, respectively. SOCAP and SORES will be registered in Ireland.

Solargreen Digital Ventures Limited (“SODIG”)

A wholly owned subsidiaries of SIHL. Established to act as special purpose vehicle for the regulated engagement by the Solargreen Group, in secure ‘Tokenised’ product offerings and related technologies and intermediation activities. SODIG is registered in England and Wales with Registration Number : 16570868
